DVDs must be returned unopened for a full refund. Please fill out the form below. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

If the item is defective, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days with an email receipt, the packing slip, and the original DVD packaging. Defective items may also be exchanged for a replacement. Please fill out the form below and return the printed form email confirmation and the defective DVD to the address below. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
